Journey of Life - Northland Hospice & Palliative Care

Northland Hospice & Palliative Care's Journey of Life is a 3 hour event celebrating 36 years of service to the northern Arizona community.  This event is one of our major fundraisers for the year and will be celebrated with food, wine, live music and a silent auction.  Proceeds will benefit our 2 assisted-living homes specializing in hospice care, Elaine's Forest House and the Olivia White Hospice Home, which allow patients without adequate care giving in their own home to have the round-the-clock care they need at the end of life.  As the only nonprofit hospice in northern Arizona, we are the first choice of professionals and families to provide the highest quality hospice care, serving those in need regardless of ability to pay.
