Marketing Coordinator
Capstone Homes is Northern Arizona’s largest and fastest growing homebuilder of quality new home communities and custom homes. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our in-house marketing department to execute existing marketing programs, assist in the development of new strategies, and support all marketing efforts for our Flagstaff and Prescott divisions. This is a full-time position, based at our corporate office in Flagstaff.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Maintain marketing schedule and budget. Coordinate advertising contracts and agreements.
Place print and digital advertising according to marketing schedule and media specifications; verify media billing and invoices.
Maintain and update ongoing campaigns including digital ads, listing services, and website CMS.
Work closely with in-house graphic designer for creation of advertising and marketing collateral preparation. May include content creation and copywriting, editing, and proofing.
Coordinate marketing collaterals and supplies for all sales offices as well as monitor condition of model homes and sales offices.
Coordinate with sales staff, field staff, and management as required.
Conduct weekly audits of online content, MLS listings, and sales status as it relates to marketing.
Provide weekly updates and quarterly reports to management on status of marketing plans, current advertising campaigns, and summary of results.
Coordinate with vendors, reps and subcontractors for advertising, printing services, artist renderings, promo items, sales office design, model merchandising, signage, website services, caterers, etc.
Assist with all other special projects and tasks as directed by management such as event planning and presentations.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
Understanding of marketing, advertising and branding principles.
Computer proficient with working knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and deadlines. Organized, dependable and self-motivated.
Preferred, but not required:
Experience in new home marketing, real estate or related field. Willing to train the right applicant interested in this specialized marketing field.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, digital marketing, social media marketing.
Preference given to additional experience in website platforms such as Squarespace and Umbraco, CRM and CMS platforms, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Arizona Real Estate license or desire to obtain.
Other Information:
Mon-Fri, 8 am – 5 pm.
Location: Flagstaff. Some travel may be needed to Prescott.
