He co-founded\, owned and operated Flagstaff's Green Room\, a downtown music venue and bar\, for 7 years. Between 2013 and 2015\, he had the privilege of working for R Entertainment as the General Manager of The Pepsi Amphitheater in Flagstaff Arizona where he helped to manage and produce approximately 90 concerts and festivals over 3 summers. Rand also owns and produces 3 community/music festivals in Flagstaff including The Flagstaff Hullabaloo\, Flagstaff Cornucopia and Kaleidoscope Kamp Out.\n\n\n\nis goal is to reunite the community at these events\, raising some serious funds for local charities\, promoting sustainability and showcasing the community's finest restaurants\, retail shops\, non profits\, artists and musicians. In 2015\, he started a marketing firm with his partner Austin Leggett called the Mountain Mojo Group. He assembled a talented group of creatives that provide marketing strategy\, website development\, graphic design\, advertising and media buys\, tons of social media management\, public relations\, photography and videography and on site activations. In his spare time he volunteers for the boards of The Flagstaff Arts and Leadership Academy\, The Flagstaff Music Festival/Firefly Gatherings\, mentors for Big Brothers\, Big Sisters and tries to help out when and where he can with local fundraisers.
