Brainstorm\, sketching\, and verbalizing ideas.\n\n\n\n	Site Structure - Begin with basic HTML to implement your designs into code!\n\n\n\n	Styles - Colors\, images\, videos\, fonts\, and more!\n\n\n\n	Frameworks - Quick ways to build an idea or lay out a website!\n\n\nAt the end of this week participants will have learned how to design and code a basic personal website. This is an intermediate class and previous coding experience is required.\n\n\n\n\nIntro to Coding (introduction to coding)- Hosted at College America\, the week long summer code camps(s) operates four hours a day and include 2-3 hours of coding each day. Appropriate for ages 9-15 years old\, the campers learn the basics of coding through an interface that resembles a video game platform-- thereby building immediate enthusiasm and comfort level. \n\n\n\nAs the camp progresses\, the campers work in group development teams to design and develop various coding projects and challenges.The camp also introduces all of the various roles and potential careers that make-up the digital workplace eco-system.\n\n\n\nCommunity leaders and digital professionals periodically visit and present to the campers to address the importance of learning to code and how coding plays a role directly or indirectly in their own professional lives.
