After opening Shift in Flagstaff in 2016\, Bobby has been an incredible mentor and supporter of the restaurant. Meanwhile Bobby is an Arizona native with connections in Flagstaff as a former NAU student and hospitality worker. For the first time Dara and Bobby are collaborating for Shift's big anniversary.
