The School of Hotel & Restaurant Mgmt majors include, Hotel & Restaurant Mgmt, International Hospitality Mgmt, and any Hospitality Certificates and Minors
MIXER/RECEPTION:
SHRM willl host a mixer for fair employers and seniors, Tuesday eve, February 27th, 5:30-7:00 PM @ the 1899 Bar & Grill. Here's the perfect opportunity to mix with May Grads attending the SHRM career fair Wed, February 4th, 10am-2pm. Spend 90 mins networking and socializing in a casual atmosphere while enjoying some appetizers and drinks.
There is a modest charge of only $50 with a maximum of 2 representatives per company. Please check-in at the 1899 Bar & Grill at the northwest end of campus across from the Drury Inn & Suites. Free parking is available at the High Country Conference Center parking garage across the restaurant.

Please print your return labels ahead of time to bring with you to the fair. SHRM will not have address/return labels for you and will not pay for the return of your items. However, we will gladly call for pickups from the school for UPS and FedEx Air only, no Ground pickups.
ALUMNI INFORMATION:
We would like to connect with you! An alumni photo will be taken before the fair begins. Please meet at 9:40 AM in the SHRM CULT coffee cafe. You will also receive an Alumni Ribbon & Pin at this time. We would like to keep up to date with what you are doing now so don’t forget to bring a business card to share.
FAIR REGISTRATION AND FEE:
Pre-registration is required. Individual booth space can be reserved with a $300 registration fee.
Your registration includes 1 table and 2 chairs, lunch, and up to 4 people at booth with up to 3 parking passes. Please let us know if you need an electrical outlet, a vegetarian meal, or additional requests. Wireless Internet access will be available at the fair.
CAREER FAIR SCHEDULE:
8:00 AM – 10:00 AM - Set up Time: Check-in will be at south bldg entrance north from parking garage.
9:30 AM - Employer Huddle: Meet in Choice Lounge (formerly Fireplace Rm)
9:40 AM – Alumni Picture: Meet at SHRM CULT Coffee Cafe.
10:00 AM - 2:00 PM - Career Fair: SHRM Bldg #33
11:30 AM – 1:00 PM – Lunch: Buffet in Room #115
ON CAMPUS INTERVIEWS:
If you are interested in staying Wed after the fair or Thursday to conduct interviews with our students, please click on the appropriate interview session to be added to the list of rooms available. First come, first reserved on available interview rooms.
Please include how many rooms you would like (limit 2 rooms) in the addition requests text box in the registration survey.

• Thurs, 3/1, 8am-5pm
PARKING:
Please park in the San Francisco Parking Garage, then walk towards mountains to the south entrance of SHRM, Bldg #33 to check-in. On your way into the garage please pull a ticket and then leave it on your dashboard in the car. Pay vouchers up to 3 vouchers will be provided to you during the fair to pay for your exit from the garage.
Option 1: Please look for SHRM signage and volunteers for assistance and direction. Volunteers will assist unloading at SHRM south entrance and you will then be directed to the San Francisco Parking Garage.
Option 2: If you do not have items to unload, please park in the garage and walk to the south entrance of SHRM to check-in. Volunteers will be available to assist you with parking, directions, etc.
LODGING:
A block of 20 rooms has been reserved for Tues-Wed, Feb 27-28 for employers to book. Please let them know you are with the "SHRM Hospitality Fair" in order to receive the group rate: http://www.doubletreeflagstaff.com

Companies can post jobs/internships/application fair fliers on our SHRM social media and website. Email a colorful, one-page flyer in JPG format to Suzanne.Siler@nau.edu. Essential text should include who you are, what you are hiring for, how to apply and who to contact for questions. Jobs/internships can also be posted in Handshake once you have setup your company profile.
