The Cook II will oversee operations in the facility kitchen. Responsible for contract compliance, sanitation, safety and ensures food code compliance. Ensures orders are accurate and menus are up to date and posted.
Education and Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required. Two years of experience in the food service industry serving 25 people or more required. More than one year of experience supervising staff. Food handlers license is required. Must have good communication skills and be able to articulate professionally, verbally and in writing. Must complete annual training required by contract. Available to work any shift any time any schedule. Must have a valid driver’s license and social security card issued by the U.S. Social Security Administration, and be a United States citizen, permanent resident, or other person lawfully admitted into the United States. Must pass federal background check and physical examination.
