About Us
Native Americans for Community Action is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Flagstaff. We have integrated patient care services where our focus is on the wellbeing of the whole individual. We have Behavioral Health Services including Substance Abuse and Suicide Prevention Awareness, a Family Health Primary Care Clinic, Health Promotions, a Wellness Center community gym, an Afterschool Youth Program, Social Support Services, and a Native American Artisan Market.
