Guests will work together to create a gourmet meal with a classic focus, then sit down to enjoy the finished dishes. Along the way, you’ll build essential knife skills, kitchen fundamentals, and time-saving strategies to become a more confident, intuitive cook—plus plenty of opportunity for conversation and kitchen dialogue.
