CommunityCares and UniteUs are hosting a free workshop in Flagstaff and Coconino County Communities. Whether you are a community organization or a healthcare organization, this workshop provides an opportunity to get an overview of Arizona's Statewide Closed Loop Referral System (CLRS), on-site support and assistance for your organization to use or optimize CommunityCares.
