Visit the Flagstaff Mall JCPenney Children's Department for the JCPenney Kids Zone between 11am and 12pm on the second Saturday of each month. You'll get a totally free craft kit for kids, plus a 10% off store coupon for parents.
For the September craft, kids can make a cabin picture frame! Craft includes wood sticks, foam pieces, glue dots, a marker, and a magnet.
