Katherine Sánchez Meador brings over 25 years of public sector experience focused on employee development, leadership training, and professional growth. She designed mentoring programs, facilitated workshops, and supported workforce development initiatives to help individuals advance in their careers.
During her time with the USDA Forest Service, she led more than 130 national-level projects, supporting efforts across the Pacific Northwest, the Four Forest Restoration Initiative (4FRI), and national leadership curriculum development. She served as a partnership coordinator, facilitator, team leader, and ecosystem management instructor.
Katherine is passionate about helping professionals grow and is excited to share practical strategies to support participants in achieving their next opportunity.
