Meet the Maker: Robin Cadigan of Robin Cadigan Ceramics – November First Friday Art Walk at Mountain Sports Flagstaff

Join us at Mountain Sports Flagstaff on Friday, November 6 (5–8 PM) for First Friday Art Walk as we welcome Robin Cadigan of Robin Cadigan Ceramics as our featured artist.

Originally from Maine, Robin moved to Arizona in 1997 to study ceramics and quickly fell in love with Flagstaff and the beauty of the Southwest. She is the maker behind Robin Cadigan Ceramics, where she creates fun and functional pottery designed to bring joy and purpose to everyday life.

Working from her Flagstaff studio, Robin throws each piece on the potter’s wheel, crafting handmade teacups, honey pots, planters, to-go cups, serving dishes, earrings, and more. Her work is deeply inspired by the rhythms of daily life—tea in the morning, shared meals, and time spent with loved ones—each piece made to be used, enjoyed, and lived with.

Rooted in the idea of “joy in everyday use,” Robin’s ceramics blend playful design with practical function. Whether gathered around the table or enjoying a quiet moment at home, her work reflects a love of connection, ritual, and the simple beauty of handmade objects.
