Science Day at Museum of Northern Arizona
FREE admission to the Museum. MNA’s Science Day is held in conjunction with the Flagstaff Festival of Science. The Museum will feature science stations for all ages from 10am – 2pm. This is a free museum day. At 2pm, Paleontologist Dave Gillette, who is best known for his discovery of the dinosaur Diplodocus hallorum in 1985, will present a talk on The Last of the Ice Age Mammals on the Colorado Plateau. At 3:30pm, Flag Shakes will present a short skit and then a talk about what Shakespeare knew about medicine in contrast to what is known today.
