20th Annual Western Auction

An evening of fun and fundraising!  Williams Rotary Club is partnering with Williams Lions Club to present the 20th Annual Western Auction.  Come join us at: The City of Williams Rodeo Barn, 750 Airport Road, Williams, AZ 86046 for a great evening of fun and food to help support the youth of our community.  The evening starts at 5pm with reception, games, and silent auction, followed at 6pm with catered dinner (prime rib, chicken, or vegetarian lasagna).  The live auction begins at 7pm, and the evening ends with the 50/50 raffle drawing, prize raffle drawing, and the Halloween Costume Contest.  There will be prizes!  

Tickets are only $40 per person, with tables of 8 discounted to $295 and half tables of 4 at $150.  All proceeds go to support Williams and Ash Fork High School student scholarships, Williams KinderCamp Program, and Lions Club vision testing.  

We are also looking for prize donations.
