AZ Blue Health Fair

Join us on July 20th at 9am to 1pm for the AZ Blue Health Fair, hosted by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona! Whether you’re getting your health in check or preparing for back-to-school, this community event offers free essential wellness services for the whole family – including back-to-school immunizations and health screenings! 

The event will take place at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona’s Flagstaff Offices: 1300 S. Yale St., Flagstaff, Arizona.   

Wellness services include, but are not limited to:  

• Back-to-school immunizations offered by Coconino County Health Department.  

• Nutrition and diabetes education. 

• Mental & behavioral health resources. 

• A1c screenings: Check your blood sugar levels for better diabetes management.  

• Biometrics: Get essential health metrics to understand your overall wellness.  

• First 300 attendees will receive a bag of fresh vegetables.
