CCSW Cooking Classes: Valentine's Day

Celebrate Valentine’s Day by preparing and enjoying a four-course, restaurant-style meal in this hands-on cooking class.

Guests will work together to create a gourmet meal with a classic focus, then sit down to enjoy the finished dishes. Along the way, you’ll build essential knife skills, kitchen fundamentals, and time-saving strategies to become a more confident, intuitive cook—plus plenty of opportunity for conversation and kitchen dialogue.
