68% of employees are not engaged at work. Lack of engagement costs organizations in productivity and it really destroys the work culture for those who you want to retain the most. The struggle is real. And, there is hope.
At this interactive and entertaining workshop, you will:
1. Discover five small changes you can make this month to increase engagement and trust between and among employees.
2. Generate new insights into larger changes you and your organization can make long term to increase engagement and trust with your employees.
Who is Sharon Tewksbury-Bloom?
This training is presented by Sharon Tewksbury-Bloom of Do Good, Be Good
Sharon saved her sister's life when she was two years old. That fact is irrelevant to this workshop, but it's interesting, no? Other fun facts: she can't do a cartwheel, her favorite beer is Mother Road's Tower Station IPA, and she traveled around the US and Canada for one year, volunteering every week in a different place.
The serious stuff: Sharon is an organizational development consultant who specializes in employee training and facilitation. She helps to develop interpersonal communication within the office to improve the work space. With 10 years of experience in public service, Sharon loves to help local government employees and other service-minded workers to create, find, and embrace meaningful work.
