Chamber Institute: Tips for Small Businesses Success hosted by the SBDC
When you own a business, the journey is never done, why walk it alone?
This educational seminar hosted by the Small Business Development Center will cover TOP FIVE concerns many businesses face during the new year:
- Do I have a comprehensive budget and forecast for my business in 2018?
- Have I determined if my marketing efforts from last year were successful and if not, how do I refocus my efforts for better return on investment in 2018?
- How do I break the ice and re-approach previous clients/customers to see if they have need of my products and services again?
- This is the year for my business to dive into social media! Where do I start?
- How can I determine what expenses from last year are worth continuing in 2018?
- Bonus question: I think it's time to expand and apply for a loan or hire employees, where do I start?
Diana White, Director of SBDC, will be the speaker at the event and will help you navigate through these questions and so much more. Whether your business needs a budget for the upcoming year, or a marketing overhaul, the SBDC has the expertise to point your business in the direction of success.
