Dementia Caregiver Support Group at The Bluffs of Flagstaff Senior Living

Hosted by Dementia Friends Arizona, this free Dementia Caregiver Support Group meets on the third Tuesday of every month from 3:00–4:00 PM.

Caring for someone with dementia can be an unexpected and challenging journey. This monthly support group provides caregivers with a safe and welcoming space to share experiences, discuss challenges, exchange helpful tips, and connect with others who understand the demands of caregiving.

The group is supportive, confidential, and informal, offering encouragement and practical guidance to help ease the stress of caregiving. Sessions are moderated by Karin Von Kay, a Dementia Friends Champion.
