Working Alternatives, Inc. is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the following positions at our Flagstaff Residential Reentry Center:
  • Security Monitor (Part-Time and Full-Time)
  • Case Manager
  • Cook II
  • Home Confinement Coordinator

WAI will be hosting a direct hire event to fill several positions within the RRC.  Qualified candidates can expect to complete and submit an application/resume, conduct an interview and if selected, begin the hiring process within 24 hours. 

We want to notify candidates in advance that we will take the ongoing pandemic seriously.  All candidates will have their temperature taken upon arrival.  We will not move forward if the temperature is 100.4 or above.  We require 6’ social distancing as well as face coverings.
