Meeting Facilitation

Learn how to lead effective, productive, and successful meetings in this short course on meeting facilitation. This class is ideal for team leaders, project managers, or anyone looking to advance their career with essential skills to facilitate leadership, team, business, and community meetings.
Instructor Katherine Sánchez Meador served as a partnership coordinator, facilitator, team leader, and a resident ecosystem management instructor. She provided support and guidance for projects of national significance including restoration projects in the Pacific Northwest, the Four Forest Restoration Initiative (4FRI), and national leadership curriculum development and delivery. Katherine also facilitated leadership teams including the 4FRI Board of Supervisors, Enterprise Program Executive Leadership Board, Southern Appalachian Sub-regional Team, National Forest System Leadership Team, and Forest Products Modernization Teams.
Class meets from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. twice a week for three weeks on the following Tuesdays and Thursdays: Sept. 16, 18, 23, 25, 30, and Oct. 2.
