Course Description
Developing Supervisors and Managers:
Leadership matters and is vital to taking your organization to the next levels. Most people become leaders because they are experts in a certain area. Many new leaders have no leadership training or mentors to help grow and nurture leadership skills.
This session will examine leadership theories and best practices. Participants will gain skills and knowledge in effective communication, motivating people, managing conflict, and creating an environment for success.
This course is offered in two half day sessions.

We are offering this training on a low or no cost model. We accomplish this by acting as your liaison to secure Federal Incumbent Workforce Training (IWT) grant funds available through the Coconino County Workforce Development Board. This will provide qualified organizations with 50-90% reimbursement for fees on any training we provide.
