The Path to Happiness

As modern people, we have many challenges that distract us and give no peace of mind. Understanding and practicing the three higher trainings has been used by many to gain the lasting happiness that we all seek. 

Buddha taught the path to liberation as the three higher trainings: higher moral discipline, higher concentration, and higher wisdom. 

All Buddha’s teachings can be condensed into these three practices which are motivated by the sincere desire to be free from all suffering. 

In this Sunday series Kadam Morten will give teachings and guide meditations on how to gain a deeper understanding of these important trainings; how to apply the trainings in meditation; and how to use them throughout our daily life.
