The Cult of Personality: Understanding Workplace Personality Styles – and Leading Them with Confidence, Clarity, & Curiosity.

In this workshop we will explore our own personality styles and, even more importantly, learn to recognize and appreciate the differences in the styles of our colleagues, and team members. By embracing curiosity, empathy and play, we’ll uncover new opportunities for connection and increased productivity.

DeAnn Mendoza, a longtime Flagstaff resident, lifelong learner, and local Entrepreneur is excited to lead this discussion around workplace culture. DeAnn is a mom of three, and amateur athlete, (just completed her first half marathon in May!), and former classroom teacher and social worker. She is now working as a Business Analyst and Advisor for the Coconino Small Business Development Center and running her small business, The LEAP Experience. DeAnn is a passionate advocate for healthy workplace culture, intentional movement, and authentic human connection. Drawing on her own journey of overcoming significant childhood trauma, and the often-contradictory messages of the GenX culture, she brings a grounded, compassionate approach to everything she does. Her mission is to live and lead with empathy and healing, intentionaly sharing these tools with the people and communities around her.
