Zuni festival of Arts and Culture
Share in the music, dance and food fo the Zuni people in this two-day festival. Ther festival opens with a ceremonial welcom and Flagrainig at 9 a.m. Zuni Olla Maidens and Cellicion dancers will perform and share their tradiotions with visitors throughout the day. Learn to create a traditional waffle garen, visit the Easton Cellection Center, and taste ancestral foods in this immersive, indoor/putdorr festival. Meet hundreds of carvers, weavers, potters, jewelers and other artists, some carrying on tradions thousands of years old, others interpreting their cultures in distinct new ways. With puppet shows for kids, engaging performances and insightful presentations, this is a wonderful weekend for the entire family.
