Warner’s Nursery & Landscape Co. is seeking an outgoing, reliable, and highly organized Receptionist / Office Coordinator to join our administration team. This is a dynamic role that sits at the heart of our operations, supporting our Retail, Landscape, and Maintenance divisions.

The Role at a Glance
As the primary point of contact for our customers and a vital support link for our managers, you will facilitate the "back-office" magic that allows our field crews and retail staff to perform at their best.Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Coordination: Manage service orders for irrigation, planting, and delivery. You’ll be the voice on the phone scheduling work, confirming customer needs, and ensuring timely follow-through.
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level support to the Office Manager and Division Managers, including correspondence, filing, and maintaining a professional office environment.
  • Financial Functions: Assist with Accounts Receivable and Payable. This includes generating invoices, processing payments, performing daily bank deposits, and reconciling vendor statements.
  • Operations Logistics: Coordinate "Blue Stake" requests, manage landscape project budgets in our accounting software, and order safety/office supplies.
  • Personnel Support: Assist with seasonal hiring, manage company uniform inventory, and coordinate employee licensing and out-of-town travel/training.
