Seasonal Snow Removal

We are seeking snow plow drivers, equipment operators, and shovelers for the 2026/2027 winter season. This is a seasonal position, with the possibility of 24/7 shifts depending on weather conditions. This is a great opportunity to make some extra cash during the winter!

Pay: $20–30/hour, depending on experience

Position Overview:

• Drivers will operate light trucks equipped with front-mounted plows.
• Equipment Operators with a minimum of 5 years of experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Shovelers will clear sidewalks, entrances, and other walkways by hand in designated areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate snow removal equipment to clear roads, parking lots, and other designated areas.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient snow removal.
• Monitor weather conditions and adapt plowing techniques accordingly.
• Perform routine maintenance on snow plowing equipment to ensure optimal operation.

Skills & Requirements:

• Previous experience operating snow plow equipment is highly preferred, but not required. We will teach you all of the skills you need to be successful.
• Knowledge of snow removal techniques and adherence to safety protocols.
• Ability to work outdoors in cold, challenging weather conditions for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable 4WD transportation is required.
• Must own a smartphone for communication and time tracking purposes.
