Maintenance Worker

Our Park is looking for a motivated Maintenance staff member, someone who is a reliable, hard-working team player to help keep the Park in excellent condition. This position performs a variety of tasks to maintain facilities, grounds, utilities and roads to ensure a safe, clean and welcoming environment for our residents and guests. This position will also require you to regularly interact with residents of the Park in a professional and respectful manner.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform routine ground maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging and debris removal

· Maintain Park facilities and common areas regularly to ensure they meet cleanliness, safety and appearance standards

· Handle minor plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs as needed

· Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies

· Prepare vacant lots for new tenants

· Maintain irrigation systems and assist with pest and weed control

· Operate and maintain maintenance tools and equipment

· Assist with seasonal cleanup and other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Requirements:

· High school diploma or GED

· Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

· Available to work weekends

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in general maintenance, landscaping or related field

· Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

· Must be able to lift 50lbs and perform physical labor

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Ability to be on-call for maintenance emergencies

· Ability to remain calm under pressure

· Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards.

· Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team

·Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate tasks effectively across teams and with clients or residents.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Previous experience in RV or Mobile Home Park maintenance

· Basic plumbing and electrical repair skills

· Ability to safely operate maintenance and landscaping equipment
