About Us
Established in 1987, the 1,100-acre Forest Highlands community is located two hours north of Phoenix, and about five miles south of Flagstaff. Its custom homes and homesites offer exquisite views of the surrounding forest, mountains, and lush, tree-lined golf courses.

Forest Highlands was developed as a master-planned residential golf club community by the Bailey-Bartlett Group. Following a smooth transition from the developer to the homeowners in 1997, the HOA partnered with DMB Associates, Inc. to build a second 18-hole championship golf course, the Meadow Course, along with the Meadow Clubhouse, which includes the Forest Highlands fitness facility, double-ended practice facility, recreation center, and swimming pool.
