Flagstaff Medical Center Overview Northern Arizona Healthcare (NAH), a nonprofit health care system, has established a strong presence in the city of Flagstaff and the surrounding communities.
For more than 50 years, NAH’s nurses, physicians, clinical professionals and staff have provided the highest quality of care to the residents of northern Arizona. NAH is the largest health care organization in northern Arizona, a region that encompasses more than 50,000 square miles.
Flagstaff Medical Center (FMC) is a 268-bed facility that serves as a Level 1 Trauma Center for Northern Arizona. FMC provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services including the Cardiovascular Institute that offers services ranging from diagnostic cardiology to open heart surgery, the Orthopedic Spine Institute, as well as its new Medical Oncology Clinic. FMC also offers a comprehensive joint surgery program; state-of-the-art imaging services; women, infants’ and children’s services including a Special Care Nursery and a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
