As a longtime Northern Arizona resident and proud NAU graduate, I bring a unique blend of business and legal expertise to Northern Arizona Legacy Law Group. Serving as Chief Marketing Officer and a specialized paralegal, I support our practice in estate planning, probate, and guardianships.

My career began in the beauty industry before I transitioned to real estate, where I built a reputation for strategic thinking and honest communication. Today, I apply that same commitment to our legal clients, ensuring they feel supported through life’s big decisions. My deep local knowledge and passion for service help me streamline processes and protect our clients’ legacies. Whether drafting documents or building the firm’s brand, I focus on delivering compassionate, effective support.

Makayla Maraganis is the co-founder and managing attorney of Northern Arizona Legacy Law Group. Alongside fellow Flagstaff local Kristina Henson, she launched the firm in 2025 to provide legal services rooted in heart, humanity, and local connection.

Specializing in estate planning, probate, and guardianships, Makayla supports families through life’s sensitive transitions. She pairs sound legal strategy with a calm presence. A proud NAU alumna with a J.D. from Willamette University, she returned home to serve her community.

Outside the office, Makayla is a devoted "dog mom" who finds inspiration in the Northern Arizona outdoors. She treats every client with the same care and intentionality she would provide for her own family.
