About Us
The Lumberjacks have earned three Big Sky Presidents' Cups, including back-to-back crowns in 2012-13 and 2013-14. NAU also claimed the 2013-14 Men's and Women's All-Sports Trophy - the first true sweep by an institution since 2000-01 - with the men repeating as all-sports winners for the 2014-15 and 2015-16 academic years. The Lumberjacks stayed competitive and swept the award again in 2016-17.
Show your school spirit and join the excitement at football and men's and women's basketball games in the Walkup Skydome, the second largest wooden dome structure in the United States. NAU also runs a complete indoor track & field schedule in the Skydome, while the soccer and outdoor track and field programs compete at Lumberjack Stadium. Swimming & diving and men's and women's tennis compete at the Aquatic and Tennis Center that was completed in the spring of 2016. The golf team competes and practices at local venues in and around Flagstaff.
