The Peaks, A Senior Living Community is owned by Intergenerational Living & Health Care, Inc. (ILHC), a nonprofit organization based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. ILHC’s mission is to create life enriching communities by embracing all generations through innovative services and programs. The Peaks, A Senior Living Community is managed by The Goodman Group, a Minnesota based company with more than 50 years of experience developing and managing senior living and health care communities, residential communities, and commercial properties.
