‘Cherish the Moments Walk’ Returns to Buffalo Park to
Support Dementia Care in Northern Arizona

Join us as we walk together to cherish the moments and support those in need!

(April 2025, Arizona) – The Northern Arizona Alzheimer and Dementia Association (NAZADA) invites the community to participate in the annual ‘Cherish the Moments Walk’ on Saturday, July 26, from 9:00 to 11:00 AM at Buffalo Park. This heartfelt event raises essential funds for respite care, providing much-needed relief for individuals affected by dementia and their caregivers throughout Northern Arizona.

Participants of all ages are welcome to walk in honor of loved ones and to show their support for families navigating the challenges of dementia. On event day, registration opens at 8:15 AM, giving attendees time to check in before stepping out on the scenic loop at Buffalo Park.

"Sponsorship opportunities are available, offering local businesses and organizations a chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of caregivers and those living with dementia," said Jennifer George, Board Member at NAZADA.

NAZADA remains dedicated to enhancing support services, education, and resources for families facing Alzheimer’s and other dementias in Northern Arizona.
