Jennifer George of Northern Arizona Roof Services Named Finalist for QXO’s 2026 North American Female Roofing Professional of the Year

(May 2026, Flagstaff) – Northern Arizona Roof Services is proud to announce that Co-Founder and CEO Jennifer George has been named one of five finalists in the sixth annual North American Female Roofing Professional of the Year campaign presented by QXO.

Jennifer is also believed to be the first representative from Arizona selected as a finalist for the national recognition, marking a significant milestone for both Arizona’s roofing industry and women in the skilled trades throughout the state.

The prestigious recognition highlights outstanding women across the United States and Canada who are making a meaningful impact in the roofing industry through leadership, innovation, mentorship, safety, and dedication to excellence. This year’s finalists were selected from more than 2,000 nominations submitted throughout North America.

Jennifer is the co-founder and CEO of Northern Arizona Roof Services, where she combines industry leadership, community engagement, and a passion for building stronger connections within the construction trades. Prior to launching Northern Arizona Roof Services, Jennifer served as Executive Director of the Arizona Roofing Contractors Association, where she worked alongside contractors, manufacturers, distributors, and government agencies to support industry growth, education, and advocacy throughout Arizona.

Known for her ability to bring people together, Jennifer has played an active role in advancing workforce development, strengthening industry partnerships, and creating opportunities for the next generation entering the trades. Her leadership extends beyond roofing through continued nonprofit involvement, community outreach initiatives, and advocacy for women in construction and skilled trades.

Through Northern Arizona Roof Services, Jennifer has helped build a company rooted in professionalism, relationships, and community impact, with a focus on quality service, industry integrity, and giving back to the communities the company serves.

The grand-prize winner will receive $10,000 and tickets to the 2027 NWIR Days and International Roofing Expo, while four finalists will each receive $1,000 to support their professional growth.
