FOOTHILLS BANK ANNOUNCES NEW DIRECTOR OF RETAIL BANKING AND OPERATIONS

Phoenix, AZ. (April 11, 2025) Foothills Bank is pleased to announce the hiring of Jason Royce as its new EVP Director of Retail Banking and Operations, effective immediately.

Royce brings over 22 years of impactful banking leadership and a wealth of experience in customer service, team development, and operational excellence.

Royce started his career in banking as a Personal Banker and has since held a series of important roles including Branch Manager, AVP Community Bank District Manager, VP Area President, and SVP Region Bank President. Most recently, Royce served as SVP Banker Connection Leader at Wells Fargo, where he oversaw support operations for 4,000 retail banking locations, seven U.S. call centers, and one international call center. Throughout his career, Royce has led large teams to elevate customer satisfaction and refine operational methodologies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Arizona.
