Curious Business Leaders Ask Great Questions - Three Steps to Sales Growth
Three questions that will change how you see your business and connect with your customers.
Description: Most business owners can tell you what their business does. Far fewer can say who actually runs it. This 90-minute working session puts three questions to you and makes them hard to keep avoiding: What's your role? Where are your gaps? How do we fill your pipeline?
You'll find out whether you're built to make the product, market it, or manage the money — and what it's quietly costing you to sit in the seats you're not built for. Then you'll build the practical part: a sorted contact list, a working referral script, and an eight-week outreach plan that starts Monday morning.
Bring a pen. Everything gets written down.
Objectives: By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Identify their dominant business role (product, marketing, or financial management) and the gaps it creates
- Diagnose the specific tasks and beliefs limiting their capacity to grow
- Apply a contact-sorting system and an outreach sequence to their own database
Robyne Roveccio is an author, speaker, and trainer with a PhD in Organizational Psychology and twenty years coaching business owners. She built a real estate practice from the ground up in the wake of the 2008 crash — the worst housing market on record — and went on to perform in the top 1% of her brokerage and serve as Executive Director of Coaching and Mentorship at Realty Executives, the Phoenix-founded brokerage. She teaches what she had to learn the hard way: which job you are actually built for, and which two you should stop doing yourself.
