We love Flagstaff, we love real estate, and most of all we love helping people. Our passion and reason for getting into real estate investing is helping good folks and their families achieve that dream of owning a home. We realize not everyone can get there through traditional means, and have positioned ourselves in this market to help those people out. We are actively acquiring properties here in Northern Arizona, and while we do own traditional rentals and will do the occasional flip, our primary goal is to find suitable tenant buyers to participate in our Lease To Own program.
