Our Mission:
The Box Studio aims to empower our community through upbeat, creative, and purposeful movement. We strive to bring people together in guided group workouts and motivate our local family, unlocking our greatest potentials and finding our most powerful and happiest versions of ourselves.
Cycle
Experience our energizing cycle classes in a dedicated room, complete with surround sound and custom lighting to enhance all of your senses! Improve cardiovascular fitness with our HIIT-focused sessions, and low-impact intervals. Explore our mountain town's scenic beauty with seasonal outdoor rides and events from our mobile studio, The Spin Box!
Strength
Our functional strength training classes will take place on our weight room floor and focus on plyometrics, endurance, and building full-body strength. Our coaches will lead you with a wide array of movements and equipment including barbells, dumbbells, TRX, and more. We’ll push your limits with individual support, and you’ll come out stronger and healthier!
Hybrid
Welcome to our hybrid class, the perfect combo of all that we have to offer! You can expect a full hour, combining cycle with strength training- the best of both worlds! Classes will utilize both spaces of our gym as your coach takes you through a thrilling full-body blast.
