Hours:
Flexible depending on needs. I work outside of normal business hours and on weekends if necessary. Mediations are conducted over Zoom. This helps reduce travel time, and increases your comfortability during the process. Notary needs to be scheduled and we will come to you.
I am available for notary services outside of my employment with the county, which varies. You can call to schedule a time, as I am typically available afternoon - depending on my calendar I can be flexible but I also attend court hearings and meetings throughout the days. I'll come to you as soon as I am available.

About Us
We offer two services. Mediation and Notary Public. Kirkham Mediation, LLC operates in Flagstaff and Northern Arizona. Mediation is a structured way to solve conflicts. Notary is a method of having a witness observe the signing of documents.
Founded by James Kirkham in 2022, James mediates cases with the Coconino County Superior Court, and privately before or during court involvement. James is a qualified mediator and has a Masters in Applied Sociology from Northern Arizona University. He has lived in Flagstaff since 2010.
Kirkham Mediation was started to provide families in Flagstaff with a way to solve disputes, without extensive court involvement. As we say, Kirkham Mediation is the Alternative to Courts. Many people do not know that they can discuss their private lives confidentially with a professional mediator to make important decisions without the courts or lawyers making decisions on their behalf.
People can decide how they want to split up assets, pay child support, and most importantly, people can decide their own parenting time schedules. Traditionally, lawyers and judges makes decisions that impact one of the most important institutions we have, the family. You can also contact us if you are in the need of a notary. We charge $10 per signature and follow the Arizona services rates guidelines when mileage is applicable, currently at $.655. We come to you!
