About Us

Ridge Athletics is located in Flagstaff, AZ and was established in 2022. Ridge was created as a way to offer something different and new to the Flagstaff community and is very different from your standard physical therapy practice. We strive to create a sustainable model fit for athletes, which require much more intention than traditional rehabilitation models. Every session is intentionally 1-on-1 with a doctor of physical therapy and there will never be bouncing around between clients. This is absolutely essential to make sure we both understand your goals, expectations, and your plan of care moving forward. Additionally, this allows for the proper focus and time to deliver a very high quality level of care to ensure you are getting the best results with every session.
